School records document attendance, classes taken, and grades across multiple years. Records advance with students through grade levels.

How to Request Records:

Use the online form at www.holyheartschool.edu.in or submit a written request including:

  • Student’s full name (as enrolled)
  • Date of birth
  • Last attendance date (month/year)
  • Completion/withdrawal status
  • Specific records needed (transcript, immunisation records, etc.)
  • Purpose of request
  • Mailing address
  • Parent/guardian signature and photo ID

Submit requests by mail or in person with Fees:

  • Report Cards: Rs. 200
  • Transfer Certificates: Rs. 200
  • Migration Certificates: Rs. 500
